Sojourner-Douglass College will host the 4th Annual Scholarship Banquet at the Tremont Hotel,
222 St. Paul Place, Baltimore, MD. Dr. Charles W. Simmons, President will be honored with a
Scholarship in his name.
Friday, September 24, 2010
Free Event
Appreciation Day for S-DC’s Administration, Staff, and Faculty.
- Dr. Simmons will speak by satellite to all campuses regarding the history and future of the College
- Lunch will be served afterwards
Also that same day:
COST: $10.00 PER PERSON
Later that evening there will be a Party, from 9:00 p.m.
- 1:00 a.m. hosted by the S-DC Students, at the College’s Academic Hall, 200 N. Central Avenue, Baltimore, MD. Greeks Invited. Music by DJ Double L.
Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
Free Event
Community Day, beginning with a Parade, leaving from 500 N. Caroline Street and ending at its
249 N. Aisquith Street location. All S-DC organizations, fraternities, and sororities are asked to participate. Food will be available. (Vending opportunities available for a small fee).

We will Go to Church in the Auditorium in the College’s Academic Hall. St. Matthew’s Church will provide a Choir. In addition, New Psalmist Baptist Church will provide two choirs. Also, Liturgical
Dancers and Soloists will perform.
Also:
COST: $10.00 PER PERSON
We will end with a Close-Out Luncheon after Sunday service hosted by the Alumni Association.
