In compliance with the requirements of federal law, the Department of
Education requires public and private institutions of higher education that
participate in federal student aid programs to disclose campus crime
statistics and security policies. Also, a list of statistics is provided
which reflects crimes specified in the Crime Awareness and Campus Security
Act of 1990 (Public Law 101- 542, Title II). This information is updated on
an annual basis and is available to current students and employees, and to
prospective students and employees.
