Students enrolled at Sojourner Douglass College have full and complete
access to records and may review them by contacting the Registrar's Office.
Faculty and staff also have access to these records so that they may
effectively perform their responsibilities. Student records are released in
accordance with the regulations of the Family Education Rights Privacy Act
of 1974 (Buckley Amendment). A detailed statement of the Act and Sojourner
Douglass College's policies on student records are maintained publicly in
the Registrar's Office.
