Administration BuildingToday, Sojourner-Douglass College continues the legacy of self-determination that we began in the 1970’s. Our driving forces have remained the same: educating adults and empowering members of the community. At Sojourner-Douglass College, our focus on administration and the social sciences has grown out of a desire to transform the members of our local communities into decision-makers. Dr. Charles Simmons Dr. Charles W. Simmons is President and founder of Sojourner-Douglass College, Baltimore, Maryland (formerly the Homestead-Montebello Center of Antioch University). A native of Baltimore, he is a graduate of the Union Graduate School where he earned his Ph.D. in Administration of Higher Education in 1978. Post Doctoral Studies include Educational Management at Harvard University Graduate School of Education, Institute for Educational Management. Full Bio
